Thank you for shopping at Apex Gaming Hub. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Timeframes Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • South Africa: 7–20 business days
  • USA: 15–45 business days
  • Brazil: 20–110 business days (due to strict customs clearance)
  • All other countries: 20–100 business days

Please note these are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Some remote addresses may incur additional shipping charges.

4. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that some shipping methods may not provide full tracking in certain countries or regions.

5. Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Apex Gaming Hub is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

6. Restricted Shipping Destinations Due to limited international transportation, we are unable to ship to certain countries. Please refer to our Refund, Resend and Returns Policy for the full list of restricted destinations.

7. Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at mondrico93@gmail.com. We will investigate the matter in accordance with our Refund, Resend and Returns Policy.

8. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Apex Gaming Hub is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
